In the course of our work, we find many of our customers ask the same questions over and over. Here is a summary of some of the most frequently asked questions on cleaning and pest control.

What should I do before a home cleaning service?

Kindly schedule the day of cleaning by giving us at least two days’ notice. The more the better.

Do I have to be home during house cleanings?

No you don’t provided you leave someone responsible behind to oversee the cleaning work done and to sign a delivery of service note that the job was satisfactorily done.

What if something is damaged during a home cleaning?

We treat you and your home with complete respect. If something does unexpectedly break, we do our best to either repair or replace that item. We encourage that you instruct your own people at home to do the evacuation of stuff.

What if the cleaners missed a spot?

 This is most likely not to happen however if it does, our technicians should not leave the premises when your representative at home is not satisfied with our work. If so they should spell it out when filling the job description. Otherwise a follow up will be arranged ASAP.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

We bring everything cleaning chemicals, mops, buckets, cobweb removers, rags and vacuums. However, because M&N is flexible, if requested and provided, we are happy to clean with your preferred products.

What are your rates?

Our pricing is completely individualized. Our more than 10 years of experience have helped us learn that every home is as unique as the people living there. We base our pricing on many factors that is why we do an inspection of the place before quoting you a price. Please contact us for more information.

How do you deal with pets?

Cats and dogs are usually confined by their owner into an area of the house not being cleaned, such as the basement, garage, spare bedroom or kennel.

How do I pay for the service?

Payments are due the day of your scheduled cleaning service prior to commencement of the job. Payment can be by cheque for companies or organizations, however many times we prefer cash.You can also make payments by mobile money on 0772 425803 or 0772425194

What if my home isn't cleaned the way I want?

Please always tell us before we leave your premises so that we clean the way you want. However we always endeavor to meet your requirements.

Can I be sure that the pest control products you use won't expose my family to any health risks?

All our products are recommended and approved for public/health use.

How long after the initial treatment does it take to see results?

Time of results will vary with the target pest and the pest management strategy employed, the most part avail two weeks after treatment.

12. How often should a property be treated for mosquitoes?

At least once every three months however depending on several environmental factors this period may be reduced.

Can I be at home during treatment or do I need to leave?

You can be at home during treatment though you need to stay away from the sprayed pesticide. In that case you will be provided with protective gear by our technicians before commencement of the job.

If my house is treated inside, when will it be safe for my children to crawl or play    on the floor?

Generally 2 to 4 hours after treatment or until all the pesticides have noticeably dried along the house skirting.
